Only while Stock remains. Hubs draw in order from one shared pool.
900.35aStock is pooled per side, not per unit. Every Penny that mints adds to the same pool.
900.35bAt battle end each allied Hub converts up to its listed Settle amount from what remains, 1:1 into Dividend.
900.35cHubs settle in a fixed order, and each draws from whatever is left. Once the pool is dry, later Hubs convert nothing. Stock is never borrowed or driven negative.
900.35dThis makes total Settle capacity beyond your realistic Stock generation worthless — a second big Settle Hub only helps if your Pennies actually mint that much.
900.35eBoard-derived Settle bonuses, such as a bonus per allied Hub, are resolved at Settle time against the final board.
900.35fHubs cannot die, so Settle is unconditional.
